  Jaz was amazing. My poor Labrador puppy cut his penis (by jumping on chicken wire). Jaz took such great care of him, kept him home overnight + stitches. I was very happy with how he dealt with this tricky injury! Thank you so much for looking after Humphrey!!!!

  My little kitten has been there for 3 weeks and I could not have found better service Jazz Geoffrey and the girls were fantastic Sox and I thank you so much. Sox and Lorraine Bird xx

  I have given Jas 1 star as l can't rate any less and l don't understand how anyone could give him more than 1 star. On May 6th 2017 at about 10pm our beautiful 4 year old great dane got bloat. As our vet was closed l searched for the nearest 24 hour vet. Unfortunately we ended up here, BIG MISTAKE!!! Upon arrival the so called vet stood by his desk and watched us struggle to carry our great dane in. He told us it would cost us $2,500 and wanted 70% up front. Once we gave him the go ahead to operate he told us that her survival rate wasn't guaranteed. To cut a long story short my husband, 11 year old daughter and myself had to say goodbye to our beautiful fur baby who passed away right in front of us. Jas lacked compassion and l would NOT recommend this vet to anyone. I don't understand how some have rated this vet so highly. His surgery was dirty and he even hit one of the cages to shut another whinging dog up! Yes this was 6 months ago and we miss our baby dearly but we will never forget the poor treatment we received and lack of empathy from a man that calls himself a vet! I wouldn't recommend this vet to my worst enemy!!!!

  Could not recommend. Front end staff were helpful, but found Jas quite distant and mechanical. Cost an arm and a leg for dispassionate ineffective care.
