  Response- my issue is not with the reserve auction price but with the price that was originally advertised for this house before you decided to go to auction. The statement of information with an original indicative price was 100k below what it actually sold for! How is this not dishonest? I know for a fact I am not the only one who feels deceived by this original price as there were many complaints on the day! And this statement of information was not updated when it was clear the house was going to sell for well over the orignal indicative price when you had 119 groups go through on grand final day. I have spoken to many real estate agents about this matter and all have said that it was grossly under valued.
