  We sold our house recently with Emily at Biggin & Scott and couldn’t have been happier. Her diligence and communication throughout the whole selling process was amazing and also the team that she worked with. There professionalism and experience really showed by the amount of effort and work they put in to get our house sold. Thank you again and would highly recommend you guys to anyone!

  Worst agency ever!!! Was handled by Nicholas Tang and was told the deal / offer was agreed by the owner verbally. 1 week later the agent told us the owner changed his mind and wanted to increase the sale price.Very dishonest and not honourable. And the letter of acceptance was not signed on the spot when the owner agreed to accept our offer and we only know 1 week later the owner back out and did not sign on the offer letter. Very bad business antics!!!

  I bought my first home from Biggin & Scott Knox. We had very great support from Sean and his team. He is always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me. Sean was extremely professional, friendly and timely both before and after my inspection. He always answers emails and calls promptly at all time and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

  We sold our two bedroom unit through Adam Flynn at B & S Boronia/Bayswater/Knox/Wantirna. On the initial meeting with Adam he seemed to show genuine interest in the property and achieving the best result. He initially presented as the most professional and genuine of all the agents we had spoken with. This promised service however went rapidly down as soon as we signed with Adam Flynn. When signing he convinced us to add an incentive bonus to the contact stating that at the conclusion of the contract we would sit down and discuss a fair and reasonable bonus based on the price. The service provided by Adam was terrible. Adam hand balled the property to two of his less experienced staff and showed little to no interest in it. It wasn't until I questioned why he wasn't turning up to the opens that he decided to turn up to one. we received little to no feed back on any of the opens, one of the opens wasn't even listen until the morning of the open after I contacted Adam twice to remind him. He was extremely incompetent through the entire process and showed little to no interest after the initial signing. After initially telling me that sale by auction was the only way to sell the property he changed his mind during week two stating that We wouldn't receive the price he originally promised if we went to auction. It became pretty obvious that Adam wanted a quick sale with as little work being undertaken by himself. We received a price considerably lower than what was originally promised by Adam Flynn and was pressured by Adam to drop the reserve considerably. At the conclusion of the sale We contacted Adam Flynn to organise a time to discuss the bonus clause given that we had not received the price discussed and was pressured to drop the reserve. Adam went back on what was originally stated and said that the bonus was not up for discussion, resulting in his total fees payable being 40% higher then quoted by all other agents. He then threatened to call the police if we turned up at his office to discuss it. We have dealt with numerous Agents over the years and Adam Flynn and the experience with B & S is by far the worst. I would rather sell the property myself then deal with them again. Disceptive, dishonest, over priced and a terrible service. If we could have given a negative star on this review we would have.
