  visited this florist last Friday after to buy some flowers to top a wedding cake I was making for the following day. This is usually my go to place for last minute flowers as they're flowers are usually very fresh and staff have been very friendly and helpful.

  Unfortunately, today was not one of those times, the lady behind the counter was busy with another customer and not finding the right colour roses I decided to go across the way the IGA to see if they did.

  My brother and my husband were going to be in the US when it was my brother's 30 wedding anniversary, so he asked me to organise some flowers to send to my sister in law on the day, (today). The flowers were delivered to her work, just as I'd asked and they were beautiful. Everyone who saw them thought the same. I can't fault them and I'm a trained but non practising florist myself. Top marks and thanks for making both their day.

  I found the roses I was looking for and went back to the florist to find the rest of the filler and flowers I was after, I asked the lady behind the counter if they had any of what I was after in stock, she looked up at me, gestured to the roses I was holding and rudely said "why don't you go back to IGA and see if THEY can help you" then turned away and ignored me.

  Highly recommend Alchester Village Florist & Gifts store! Vikki went above and beyond in securing our particular flowers and in offering her time expertise and advise with a difficult order. Such service and consideration is extremely difficult to find. The prices were reasonable too. I will be back for sure! 5 stars from me!!!!
